Out-of-date or corrupted graphics card drivers can cause all sorts of issues, from making the game not appear quite right to the game crashing or not even launching. Below are a couple of ways to update your drivers.
Windows Device Manager
If you're not sure who the manufacturer of your graphics card is, you should be able to update it using the Windows Device Manager.
- Type 'device manager' into the search bar on your taskbar, then click on 'Device Manager' from the results.
- Click the 'Display adapters' arrow to expand the category.
- Right-click the video card and select 'update driver' from the drop-down menu.
If the device manager doesn't find any new updates, you may want to try manually updating through the respective manufacturer's support site below.
