If you've changed your mind and decided that you don't want to cancel your membership, the instructions below can guide you through stopping the cancellation.

First, ensure that you are signed in on the IPlay homepage, then click on the icon in the upper-right corner of the page as shown below:

From the drop-down menu, click 'edit profile' to navigate to the 'Account Settings' page.

On the 'Account Settings' page, click the 'Billing & Membership' link on the left side of the page to navigate to the 'Manage Subscriptions' screen.

Once on the 'Manage Subscriptions' screen, click the box that shows your current membership.

From the 'Subscription Details' screen, click on the 'Remove scheduled cancellation' link.
______________________________________________________________________
Click the 'Confirm' button, and your subscription will no longer be canceled at the end of the period, and you will instead be charged when your next payment was initially due.
